To register as coach, assistant coach
or team parent for soccer, basketball, baseball or Girls' Lacrosse please use the links
below.
Parents and volunteers do all the work of the Club, so we'll be asking
for your help at registration. The biggest need is for coaches for all
sports and assistant coaches. Remember, even if you don't know much about
soccer, baseball or basketball you can still be a big help as an assistant
coach or team parent.
All coaches must complete this online form or a paper copy of the form. You may not coach without completing the registration form.

Please Note: in addition to signing up with CHYSC, all coaches with CHYSC are required to submit to a background check from our parenter Protect Youth Sports. You must complete the form at: https://opportunities.averity.com/chestnuthillys before you are able to coach.
